  • 1 can Van Ecuador Tuna in Oil 5.3 oz, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

How to Make It
