After launching our tuna, we wanted to go one step further. We knew that food is more than just a meal, it’s a connection to home, to tradition, and to the flavors that bring people together. That’s what led us to our next big idea: bringing authentic encebollado soup to the US.
For many, encebollado is more than just a dish. It’s the comfort of a home-cooked meal, the taste of Sunday mornings with family, and a reminder of Ecuador’s rich culinary heritage. We wanted to make sure that no matter where you are, you could enjoy that same experience.
In 2021, we introduced our encebollado soup, made with real, authentic ingredients and the same bold flavors you’d find back home. Convenient, delicious, and true to tradition, it’s our way of keeping the taste of home alive, one bowl at a time.
