- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can Van Ecuador Tuna in Olive Oil (5.3 oz), drained
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Chopped cilantro or parsley
- 1 tbsp oat flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, tuna, mozzarella, and cilantro (or parsley) until well combined.
- Whisk in the egg, making sure everything binds together.
- Add oat flour, stirring until the mixture is thick enough to hold its shape. Adjust with more flour if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Shape into small croquettes or patties.
- For baking: Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
