- 1 can Van Ecuador Tuna in Oil (5.3 oz), drained
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ white onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ cup crushed tomatoes
- ¼ cup white wine
- ½ cup pasta water
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro and parsley
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- Mozzarella balls (for decoration)
- Whole black olives (for "eyeballs")
- Salt & pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Cook the pasta: Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
