  • Roasted Butternut Squash (tossed with olive oil, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt & pepper)
  • Spring mix
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Caramelized pecans
  • 1 jar Van Ecuador Tuna Fillets in Water
  • Feta cheese, crumbled

     

    Dressing:

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

How to Make It
